Taco Vino, a Mexican-themed wine, cider and spirits tasting will take over the Kelowna Ford Lincoln dealership Oct. 23 for the BC Wine, Cider & Spirits Festival.

“Event-goers can look forward to being immersed in the Mexican Street Style creations delivered every day at our downtown location as well as off-site catering events by Izzy & his team of Taquero’s”  Israel Camarillo & Marnie Burnett of El Taquero, Tacos & Tequila said in a press release.

The event will feature low-rider cars, Mexican Food from El Taquero and Fresh is Best, Spanish music, the Okanagan Mexican Folklore dancers, samples from up to 40 of BC Wine Fest members, and so much more.

“We are so grateful to be able to start hosting events again, and to come back with Taco Vino is extremely exciting” stated Katherine Bramall of the BC Wine, Cider & Spirits Festival. “This event was extremely well received in its inaugural year (2019), and after a year and a half hiatus our team feels like we/our events will be coming back bigger, and better than ever”.

100 Early Bird event tickets ($90) will go on sale Wednesday, July 28 at 8 am, with regular priced tickets ($99) scheduled to go on sale Aug. 28 or when the $90 early bird tickets sell out.

Visit bcwinefestival.com for tickets, and all event details.
