RECIPE: This Father's Day potato salad will become a tradition

Everyone seems to have at least one of the famous Whitewater Cooks cookbooks in their collection. And for good reason, the recipes are amazing and they all work.
This potato salad has become a family favourite, especially when we use my Dad's amazing Warba potatoes from his vegetable garden. Warbas are an early variety that is super tender. I like to use whole potatoes but you can quarter them as well. Happy Father's Day to my amazing Dad and all of the wonderful fathers out there.
Potato Salad w/ Mustard Dill Dressing
2 pounds Warba potatoes, small or 1/4'd large
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/8 cup grainy mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fresh dill
2 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper
Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside. Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain and cool. In a large bowl toss potatoes with dressing, onions and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
