Oliver Wine Village has a winery for sale
There’s a chance to own a slice of the District Wine Village in Oliver.
The Wine Village is a ring of 13 wineries with an amphitheater in the middle. One of them – One Faith Winery and Vineyards – has been listed for sale.
For anybody thinking about getting into the game, no experience in the wine industry is needed to purchase the property, according to realtor Paul Hague.

One Faith – which has been listed for $1.288 million – is described as an established, turnkey winery with a well-known brand that sells over 4,000 cases per year. The sale of the property includes all of the production equipment.
Hague said the previous owners are retiring.
