Michael and Don Bartier are two well-known names in the B.C. wine industry.
The brothers have together created a powerhouse brand with a reputation for consistency and quality.
Their vineyard and winery are in Oliver, B.C. and the tasting room reopens for the Easter weekend.
This Chardonnay appeals to all ranges of Chard lovers. Rich yet perfectly balanced making it a great food wine as well as a sipper.
The 2019 Chardonnay's seemingly lean apple and lime aromas bely a generous, fruity, and minerally mouthfeel, with more of the fruit and mineral in the finish.
Details: The 2019 Chardonnay was handpicked from Sept. 13 to 15. It was whole cluster pressed then went through cultured yeast fermentation at 15 - 17°C. It then spent 6 months in stainless steel sur lie.
