Celebrating all things local at The Okanagan Table opening October 1
The latest news from RauDZ Creative Concepts Ltd. is their highly anticipated project The Okanagan Table - kitchen, events and catering set to open its doors Oct. 1 and already has us excited about the lineup of events planned.
The space is located at 1571 Pandosy Street, in the same hood as its delicious sibs RauDZ Regional Table and micro. What owners Chef Rod Butters and Audrey Surrao began so many years ago with Fresco restaurant, has now grown up into a gastronomic group of three. And they have a star team of chefs in house including Chef Bernard Casavant and most recently announcing that Chef Geoffrey Couper has joined the crew.
The Okanagan Table will have many functions. Lunch service, take away ready-to-cook meals, cooking demos, and will be a fabulous space to host corporate events where you can engage their award winning culinary team to participate. They are now booking for holiday parties - email info@TheOkanaganTable.com
