BNA Brewing Co. will span the Okanagan with new Penticton location

The popular Kelowna brewpub BNA Brewing Co. is opening up a location in Penticton.
BNA is taking over the location where Slackwater Brewing, and previously Mule Nightclub, operated, according to a press release.
Slackwater closed down in October and it’s now producing its brews in Port Moody with Parkside Brewery.
“We’ve always been inspired by Penticton,” BNA founder Kyle Nixon said in the release. “As a brewery, we hold Fest of Ale in such high regard and have a lot of respect for the folks who host it.”
Nixon founded BNA in downtown Kelowna in 2015 alongside his wife Carolyn.
They also recently opened a new BNA location in Vernon.
The new location in Penticton means the chain will span the entire Okanagan.
The Penticton location is going to have a restaurant and bowling lanes, and will be serving the smash burger classic BNA Burgers.
An opening date hasn’t been announced yet but it will be posted to the restaurant's social media.
“We’re so excited to pour our beer in a city that loves to drink it, and can’t wait to become a part of the amazing community,” Nixon said.
