Vehicle fire closes Okanagan Connector near Peachland
Highway 97C is currently closed in both directions near Peachland.
The highway is closed in both directions 3 kms outside of Peachland because of a vehicle fire between Trepanier Road and Brenda Mine Road.
There is currently a detour available via Aspen Grove Highway 5A to Princeton.
There is an assessment in progress but no estimated time for reopening.
The highway has been closed since 2:30 a.m.
