Four critically injured in Kelowna head-on crash
Four people were taken to hospital in critical condition after two cars collided head-on on Highway 33 near Kelowna last night.
Kelowna RCMP responded to a call about a serious collision on the highway near Garner Road around 10 p.m. on Feb. 28, according to a press release.
The four occupants who were taken to Kelowna General Hospital were in critical condition. RCMP didn't provide an update on the condition of the people taken to hospital.
A silver Toyota sedan was travelling east and a black Dodge sedan was travelling west when they collided.
Kelowna’s Criminal Collision Investigation Team is looking into the crash and are looking for any witnesses of the collision or of the vehicles’ driving behaviour prior to the crash.
