BC Highway Patrol looking for witnesses to fatal crash near Kamloops
BC Highway Patrol is looking for witnesses to a fatal crash on Highway 97 near Kamloops.
The head-on collision happened in Monte Creek, east of Kamloops, around 5:50 p.m. on Feb. 12.
One driver died and the other was taken to hospital.
During the investigation, it determined one of the semi-trucks crossed the middle line while going around a curve.
Police are asking any witnesses who have not spoken to police to come forward, or anyone with dash cam footage of the driver’s behavior before or after the crash.
