Second phase of major Penticton condo project goes on sale this summer

The first, 96-unit phase of a major Penticton condo project called Sokana sold out in 72 hours.
Kerkhoff Develop-Build announced today, July 12, that the second phase with 138 units will go on sale this summer.
“Penticton's appeal as a top investment opportunity continues to grow, and we are excited to offer buyers a chance to be part of this amazing community,” Bruno Jury, vice-president of development for Kerkhoff Develop-Build, said in a news release. “The success of Sokana's first release showcases the strong demand and appreciation for quality homes in Penticton."
The six-storey buildings on Riverside Drive offer a mix of one to three-bedroom units that the release says will appeal to residents and investors since short-term rentals will be allowed.
The complex includes an outdoor pool, hot tub, co-working space and fitness centre.

The demand for homes in this vibrant community is a testament to the allure of Penticton's unique lifestyle and investment opportunities."
“With the groundbreaking sell-out of Sokana’s first release and plans announced for the release of the final building, Penticton solidifies its position as a top choice for real estate investment in 2023.”
