The average asking price for a one-bedroom apartment in Kelowna climbed 1.5% in November from October to $2,099 per month.

But, according to Rentals.ca, the price of two-bedroom apartments fell during the same time period by 6.6% to $2,592.

That makes Kelowna the 12th most expensive among Canada's 35 largest cities when it comes to renting an apartment.
