Trans-Canada Highway closed due to fatal collision near Lytton
The Trans-Canada Highway is closed after two people died in a collision south Lytton.
BC Highway Patrol and Emergency Services responded to a report about a serious collision on the highway in Boston Bar at around 2 p.m. today, July 11, according to a release from police.
Officers with the highway patrol are still investigating the cause of the crash, and nothing has been ruled out at this time.
The highway is still closed as police collect evidence and make sure the road is safe. Police are not revealing any more information at this time since the investigation is ongoing.
