Serious crash causing delays on Okanagan Connector westbound
A serious collision on the Okanagan Connector is causing significant delays.
West Kelowna RCMP are investigating a serious collision on Highway 97C around 3 kilometres west of the Highway 97 turnoff, according to an RCMP press release.
Traffic heading west towards Vancouver is going to be delayed by several hours.
RCMP have asked people to avoid the area and take alternate routes until the highway has reopened.
Winter storm travel advisories are in effect for the Okanagan Connector and other mountain highways.
