Salmon Arm has cheapest gas in B.C.
The price of a litre of regular gasoline in Salmon Arm is \as low as $1.29.9 at a few stations, according to GasBuddy.com.
That’s the cheapest gas in B.C. on the website and is cheaper even than Costco in Kamloops ($1.48.9) or Kelowna ($1.41.9). Costco consistently has the cheapest gas in those cities.
But drivers don’t have to go as far as Salmon Arm to save on gas as most stations in Vernon are selling for $1.35.9 to $1.37.9.
Many Kelowna stations, other than Costco, are in the $1.45.9 range, although some are showing on GasBuddy.com as high as $1.62.9.
In Kamloops, prices other than Costco, range from $1.52.9 all the way up to $1.68.9, with most in the $1.59.9 range.
Most Penticton stations are selling gas for $1.49.9 per litre.
Prices in Vancouver range from $155.9 to $1.71.9 while Abbotsford stations, which don’t have the 18.5 cent per litre transit tax, are selling gas for $1.62.9 to $1.64.9.
The cheapest gas in Calgary ranges from $1.09.9 to $1.13.9. Toronto comes in at $1.46.9, Montreal is $1.57.9 and Halifax is $1.41.7.
