Your chance to win a $1 million Okanagan home with return of lottery
The Lake Life Lottery is returning for a second year to raise money for charity and give players a shot at a "dream house" in Kelowna's Quail’s Landing.
The Kelowna General Hospital Foundation and the YMCA have partnered up again to offer $1.6 million in prizes, according to a press release issued on Sept. 18.
The grand prize, a $1.37 million home, comes fully furnished with a view of the Okanagan Golf Club.
“We are so excited to collaborate with the KGH Foundation again this year,” Allyson Graf, president and CEO of the YMCA of Southern Interior BC said in the release. “We share a common goal; our deep and genuine commitment to the health and well-being of this community.”
Proceeds from the lottery will be split between the charities.
“These types of partnerships are integral for moving healthcare forward, at the local level, in our communities,” Allison Young, CEO of the KGH Foundation said in the release.
In addition to the grand prize house, the Lake Life Lottery has several cash prizes up to $800,000.
Tickets are available until Dec. 20 and the final draw will be on Jan. 11, 2024.
