Photos of adorable pets in Christmas outfits tend to bring smiles and brighten up the holidays, even though some pets may only pose in a costume for a very short time.

When iNFOnews.ca asked for photo submissions of the cutest festively dressed pets in Kamloops and across the Okanagan, so many came in we’ll be publishing more as Christmas gets closer.

Most of these photos are of adorable dogs but we did receive photos of a Christmas cat and a festively decorated chicken.

People are dressing their furry friends in anything from reindeer antlers, to holiday onesies and Santa hats.

We got so many submissions, we will publish Part 2 next weekend. You can still send us your photos for and we'll do our best to get them in.
