Westside Daze bring Kelowna's Westside alive this weekend July 12-14 at Memorial Park. The fun kicks off at 6:45 p.m. Friday with the Okanagan Town Crier's announcement of Westside Daze. This will be followed by an evening trunk sale and night market, fantastic live music and food trucks along with a spectacular show by the Kinshira Fire Troupe. The weekend carries on with the parade Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. starting from Butt Rd. and Old Okanagan Hwy. Throughout Saturday and Sunday everyone can take in a show and shine, Valhalla helicopter rides, First Nation entertainment, pancake breakfast, kids activities, Big West wrestling, the CycleKart gravity race and loads of live entertainment and music. Fireworks blast off at 10 p.m. Saturday on Gellatly Rd. by the West Kelowna Yacht Club.
