Event Description

Our Spring Training Clinic is the perfect opportunity to set and achieve your first race/fitness goal for 2019. Our second training clinic of the year, this 8 week run/walk program will prepare you to run/walk the 5, 10, or 21k Boogie the Bridge distances on Sunday, April 28th! ALL paces, ages and levels of abilities are welcome. Whether you are a seasoned runner, have never taken a "running step" or are somewhere in between, we have a pace and distance group that will be right for you. Our tremendous coaches will help guide you to a stronger and healthier version of yourself - whatever that looks like for YOU. Get all the details and get registered at !
