We're coming to Vernon!!! Thank you to the Local Collective Therapy Center for hosting us as facilitators! Spend some time in self-love enjoying a Yin and Restorative Yoga session with Amy Skinner, while Energetic Healer, Lea Morrison, provides the powerful support of hands on healing to increase the freedom of energy flow. Set within a sacred space, Amy & Lea will guide and support you through intensive emotional and physical release. Achieve freedom through the movement of your body, conscious breathing and hands on healing; increasing your ability to let go of any emotional dis-ease in the form of trauma or blockages that have been holding you back. To round out this release, the workshop will come to a close with a guided meditation to ground the energies through your physical body, bringing you to a higher state of health for the following week.
