Learn the vibrant health benefits of juicing carrots and how to use the pulp in a variety of recipes. Enjoy watching recipe demos and then sampling the deliciousness of Loaded Lentil Nachos, Caribbean Black Bean Soup with Mango Salsa, Cranberry-Stuffed Hasselback Apples, Raw Carrot Dream Cake, Jewelled Chocolate Avocado Pudding, and even more delicious, plant-based cooking. We'll be featuring some recipes from the Forks Over Knives magazine.
