Event Description

Join us on Sunday July 28th at 10am for a sweet and special rooftop event. We’ll start the morning with a 75-minute yoga class led by Julia Lalach, moving through a fun flow and ending with gentle restorative postures. Stay and enjoy the view while sipping a mimosa and tasty pastries from Sprout and coffee from Third Space Coffee. Tickets are $35 + tax with all proceeds going to Third Space Life Charity. Third Space Life Charity, through Third Space Mind, provides free and supported counselling and mental health services to students at UBCO and in the local community. Their goal is to close the gaps in mental health care in the Okanagan by offering clinical counselling and specialized programs regardless of socio-economic situations.
