Well colour us happy - so excited to announce we have teamed up with Soul Studio for an afternoon for LWB fitness time - and we are taking over the studio ladies. Our very own Amie is going to be leading the show. DETAILS: Limited spots for Ryde, unlimited for Zumba. Stay tuned for sign up details. DRINKS (yes, drinks... zumba and beer... go together like peanut butter and... mayo): BYOB - so as always, please ensure you are drinking responsible. COSTS: $5 min donation - members only for this special rogue event. FUN: Hilarious gym/fitness attire encouraged.
