Come experience an immersive cultural workshop! This event is new to Downtown Kamloops and we are delighted to share it with our community! This FREE event is being organized by the Kamloops HOLI Committee, and will feature music (DJ Aftershock, Harp Sohal), dancing, Street style vegetarian Indian food by Maurya’s Fine Indian Cuisine (available for purchase), and of course COLOUR (powder paint). Holi is a Hindu festival that marks the arrival of spring. Known widely as the Festival of Colour, and is a celebration of fertility, colour, and love, as well as the triumph of good versus evil.
