??Maggie ??Aynsley is a Power Yoga teacher from Power Yoga Canada in Oakville and a Lululemon Ambassador. In her words; ' ?Second year university is when I found myself flowing on my mat for the first time. At that point in my life it was a way for me to detox, get some physical activity and replace my former dancing years. I soon learned that hitting my mat was so much more than a physical practice. Yoga quickly became a part of my overall well being. My daily practice continues to teach me patience, presence and strength. I am grateful for all of the tools I continue to learn as a student on and off of my mat." Join Maggie for a FREE hot Power yoga class open to everyBODY. This class is for all levels. ?In lieu of pay Maggie has asked that her rate be donated towards Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Any and all donations accepted.
