Gentle Stretch – A gentle and relaxing stretch series, open to all. Drawing from intensive training in Thai massage, Shiatsu, Feldenkrais , floor work and dance, Andrea mindfully guides your body through a series of deep stretches and openings for your spine, pelvis, and posture. Wednesday and Fridays 9:30 am at Pl@ss 6570 Park Drive (upstairs) Starts April 24th- on going.
