Event Description

Are you living with pain? You're not alone. Join our free Pain Support and Wellness Group in Salmon Arm! Pain Support and Wellness Groups are the latest addition to Pain BC’s free programs for people in pain. This in-person group provides a safe, welcoming and confidential space for people living with chronic pain in Salmon Arm to meet regularly and build a community of support while learning about pain, pain management and coping strategies. The group meets twice a month, with alternating afternoon and evening sessions. Each 2-hour session will enable people in pain to share their experiences, build supportive relationships with others, discuss self-management skills and take part in gentle movement exercises to improve comfort and function. There is no cost to participate and drop-ins are welcome. You can also register in advance if you would like to receive a reminder email.
