Event Description
Saturdays 10am – 12noon August 31, September 7, 14, 21, 28 & October 5, 12, & 19 $240 - for 8 week program! Finding Ground focuses on building resiliency, emotional intelligence (EQ), and trust (TQ) using psycho-therapeutic tools and expressive arts to offer participants insights into the value of their past experiences for greater healing and connection. In 8 facilitated sessions, participants will be guided through arts-based activities, group activities, and group discussions to explore developmental experiences, discover value/energy loss, and retain learning/unlearning. Groups are minimum 4 participants, maximum 6. The group is designed for adults who are interested in processing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE). No arts background or technical skills are required. This program is designed for adults interested in fostering healthy relationships, and managing stress and anxiety.
