Your Inner world reflects your Outer world - and if there's Chaos outside, there's chaos inside! In this workshop you will learn the unique process of controlling your emotional state to promote ease, no matter what circumstances you're faced with. We will work with Cindy to gain an understanding of fear; where it comes from, the purpose of it, and how to reframe it to work FOR you. As we develop techniques for stretching your comfort zone, so too will we tap into a unique process utilized by competitive athletes around the world. We will learn how to turn your dreams into reality and what you will need to know most for success - no matter what you define that to be for yourself. Cindy is a speaker and coach who is passionate about helping others discover and claim their own limitless power so they can create infinite possibilities. Her incredible energy and vast background in personal development lends itself to anyone who wants to be BETTER. Cindy’s students seek a different way of doing things, and learn to take the path of least resistance to achieve their goals. $150 per student, location will likely be in Penticton, TBD depending on numbers!
