Learn to engage and strengthen your core, myths and facts about building that six pack, proper breathing techniques, and most importantly, efficient and useful core work! Price: $73.50 MONDAYS: 6-7PM Enjoy this 4 week series: March 4 March 11 March 18 March 25 This will be a small group setting to ensure in-depth instruction, so please register ASAP. *All mats and equipment are included in registration. If you prefer to bring your own mat, you are more than welcome too :)
