Event Description

Salsas, pickles, jams, sauces… we all love them, and wouldn’t you love to learn how to make ‘em? This is the perfect season for a crash-course in canning and creating preserves. Join our entertaining class, designed for rookies and seasoned pros alike. We’ll show you the step-by-step process of canning, and then walk you through the chance to make some of your own unique blends. You’ll also head home with a can or two of your handiwork from class, and we’ll provide provide you with an equipment checklist so that you can continue the adventure from the comfort of your own kitchen!
