Event Description

Revitalize, rejuvenate and renew yourself this Fall with an introduction to Tai Chi, an ancient practice used by millions over the centuries to improve balance, focus and overall health. Join the Canadian Tai Chi Academy for an open house at 6:30 pm on September 9, 2019 to find out more. The open house will feature a Tai Chi demonstration, a short introduction to the exercises, and information about Canadian Tai Chi Academy classes in Kelowna.
