Speed, power and superb handling are three things that put a smile on Kiley Viloria’s face, especially when he’s talking about his 268 horsepower Subaru WRX; or any Subaru for that matter.
After almost eight years of working as a customer service advisor at Anthony’s Subaru in Kelowna, Viloria continues to place his trust and confidence in Subaru. That consistent passion for the name is evident when he speaks with those who come into the dealership.
“We are a niche market and my drive to sell cars is based on really being able to help people find what they want. They really appreciate it and they appreciate my belief in the product,” said Viloria.

He added that taking his time with customers and determining their styling and what packages and options they want all point to valued service. And that effort doesn’t stop when he leaves the showroom floor.
“I answer a lot of phone calls and texts, even on my days off and I’m happy to bring customers back in for a second or third sit down to go over things after they’ve brought their car home.”
The Highway 97 store has been in its new location for a three years, a move that has allowed a luxurious show room featuring some of Subaru’s top sellers like the versatile, elegant Forester, slick STI and WRX and sporty XV Crosstrek.
Viloria said that most people come in already very knowledgeable about Subaru and what they offer above others; handling and safely being the two stand-out features. Subaru has consistently been named top safety pick and is well known for vehicle handling and attention to detail.
“One of Subaru’s cars, the WRX, they started building to compete in (car) rallies,” Viloria pointed out.
His passion for selling cars is also driven by the love of sports cars. Being the youngest of the four customer services representatives at Anthony’s, Viloria can cater to those who have their eye on something sporty, as well as assist with the technological aspect of the cars.
