965 McCurdy Rd,
Deacoff Bros. saw mill has been family owned and operated since 1984. First operations included cutting oversized spruce and cedar logs using mobile dimension mills, working primarily in the Kootenay area. The brothers returned to Kelowna in 1986,
setting up a mill location in West Kelowna. In 1992, they re-located to their current location on McCurdy Road, opening a retail-wholesale operation supported by a bandsaw head rig, 2 resaws, 2 planers, a dry kiln and a pre-stain line. In 2005, a Kara saw system was installed along with a breakdown system for over-size logs. Deacoff Bros. saw mill is presently producing custom timbers in fir and cedar as well as a variety of fencing, decking and siding products.
