X-Files trailer released: Do you recognize any scenes?

THOMPSON-OKANAGAN - The highly anticipated return of X-Files will include scenes shot in B.C. this spring and the recently released trailer includes a brief look at what we can expect when the show hits the air next year.

The six-episode return of the popular TV series will include at least one scene shot in the Ashcroft area. Back in June, the Wilderness Way Resort posted to Facebook that the cast and crew were staying at the resort and shared a photo of the crew setting up a scene not far away.

The original X-Files series, which premiered in 1993, also filmed several scenes in the Kamloops, Cache Creek and Ashcroft areas.
