UPDATE: Summerland woman found

UPDATE: The RCMP is reporting the missing woman from Summerland has been found.

 

SUMMERLAND - Police are hoping someone out there can tell them where to find a 30-year-old woman who disappeared while walking her dog.

May Lee Shipton of Summerland was reported missing Oct. 19. RCMP believe she may have been out walking her Pomeranian dog.

Friends of Shipton are concerned about her sudden disappearance and are seeking to confirm her current whereabouts.

Shipton is described as a Caucasian female, 165 cmm tall, 59 kg with brown hair and hazel eyes

Police are asking that Shipton contact the Summerland RCMP or local police services herself in order to personally confirm her well being. RCMP investigators are also asking that anyone with information about Shipton’s current whereabouts contact their local police services or the Summerland RCMP at 250-494-7416.
