Where is this man: police hunt exhausted

KELOWNA - Police are turning to the public to help them find a gang associate with warrants in Kamloops, Kelowna, Surrey and Ontario.

Corey Foster, 35, also known as Corey Rosscoveili Foster, Patrick Vaughn Pettman, John James Walker and also goes by the nick-name Rocko is wanted on 30 charges for assault, weapons, breach of court imposed conditions and property related charges. He has a lengthy criminal record with 37 convictions and is associated with the Independent Soldiers gang.

Foster has been on the run from police for a long time, with many warrants and charges issued in May and June, 2013.

"Our extensive collective efforts to locate Corey Foster have been exhausted and that’s why we are asking for the public’s help to find him. Corey Ross Foster has a lengthy violent criminal history and we are positive that someone knows where he is,” says CFSEU-BC spokesperson Sgt. Lindsey Houghton.

He has ties to Kelowna, Kamloops, lower mainland, and Vancouver Island.

Foster is wanted British Columbia-wide for the following offences:
- aggravated assault (Kamloops) – one count
- break and enter (Kamloops) – one count
- breach of recognizance (Surrey) – six counts
- using a firearm in the commission of an offence (Surrey) – two counts
- using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence (Surrey) – two counts
- pointing a firearm (Surrey) – one count
- possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose (Surrey) – one count
- unauthorized possession of a firearm (Surrey) – two counts
- possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition (Surrey) – two counts
- robbery to steal firearm (Surrey) – one count
- aggravated assault (Surrey) – one count
- forcible confinement (Surrey) – one count
- robbery with firearm used (Surrey) – one count
- break and enter (Surrey) – two counts
- possession of a break-in instrument (Surrey) – one count
- disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence (Surrey) – two counts
- breach of bail conditions (RCMP Southeast District Traffic Services) – two counts

Foster is described as a white male, 5’8” tall, and 200 pounds. He has short dark brown hair and blue eyes. Foster has numerous tattoos that include the word “China” on his chest, a Koi fish on his left forearm, four oriental symbols and the name “Siobhan” on his right forearm. He has scars on both his head and right ear.

Foster is also wanted within a 350 km radius of Kenora, Ontario for one count each of break and enter and theft over $5,000 as a result of offences committed in 2001.

Foster has a significant violent criminal past that has involved offences where he is alleged to carry and have used loaded firearms. While it is unknown if he may be currently armed, the public are asked to exercise extreme caution and not to approach him if they see him. Please call your local police at 9-1-1 if you see Foster.
