Water quality advisory lifted for Westshore but boil water advisory stays for Falcon Ridge

In consultation with Interior Health, the RDCO is removing a water quality advisory that was brought in May 12 for customers of the Westshore water system in the Central Okanagan west electoral area.

Turbidity in the source has decreased once again to within acceptable standards for safety. The advisory was a precautionary measure and no bacteria were detected in the system.

A previous Boil Water Notice remains in place for customers of the RDCO’s Falcon Ridge Water System.
