ABC's 'Scandal,' with bomb blast plot twist, a big winner in TV ratings as it wraps 3rd season

NEW YORK, N.Y. - ABC's "Scandal" is ending its third season with a bang.

That's from a bomb blast that was a plot twist in the Kerry Washington series and from big TV ratings. The Nielsen ratings company says last week's episode had 10.6 million viewers, making it the most-watched episode of the series.

"Scandal" was the week's most popular show among the young viewers ABC watches most closely for advertising sales. Among all viewers, CBS' "NCIS" was the most-watched program.

CBS won the prime-time ratings race for the seventh consecutive week.
