EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. - The Latest on a New Jersey highway shootout that left a man dead and four suspects wounded (all times local):

9:45 p.m.

New Jersey State Police say they've found the truck believed to be involved in a highway shootout that left a man dead and four of the suspects wounded.

State police said on Twitter late Tuesday night that detectives had located the truck.

Earlier Tuesday, four men and a teenager were charged in the Monday afternoon shootout on the Atlantic City Expressway in Egg Harbor Township that left 22-year-old Rosemond Octavius dead.

Authorities say the Egg Harbor Township man was a passenger in a car driven by 24-year-old Anthony Hicks.

Hicks was not injured, but faces weapons charges.

Three men and a 16-year-old in an SUV also were shot and wounded. They all face weapons charges. It's unclear if any of the defendants has an attorney who can comment on the charges.

Authorities say more charges could be filed.

Rosemond Octavius, a 22-year-old Egg Harbor Township resident, was killed.

Authorities say Octavius was a passenger in a car driven by 24-year-old Anthony Hicks, of Mays Landing. Hicks wasn't injured but faces weapons charges that were announced Tuesday.

Three men and a 16-year-old in an SUV also were wounded. They all face weapons charges. It's unclear if any of the defendants has an attorney who could comment on the accusations.

Authorities say more charges could be filed.

This story has been corrected to show the shooting occurred on the Atlantic City Expressway, not the Garden State Parkway, and to show the victim's first name is Rosemond, not Rosemund, based on updated information from police.
