While a couple of inches of snow is a pretty regular occrance north of the Canada-US border, for the residents of Raleigh, North Carolina the white stuff caused a myriad of issues.
While some schools closed and traffic was slow, one daredevil decided to have some fun.
Attaching a rope to the back of a car, he carves through some snow around a suburban neighbourhood.
