SeeSee Rigney has been a nurse for sixty years and her coworkers decided to celebrate her in style this past week.

At 90 years old Rigney is the oldest working nurse in the United States, and filled with energy of those half her age.

Her coworkers at Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Wash., recently threw a celebration for both her birthday and to celebrate her six decades of nursing.

And what better way to celebrate than with a birthday tiara, balloons, flowers, a little song and a letter from the governor?
