Three Blazers crack NHL Central Scouting rankings

Deven Sideroff is ranked 135th of all North American skaters for the 2015 NHL Draft.

KAMLOOPS - The National Hockey League Central Scouting rankings are out for the 2015 draft and three Blazers have made the list this year.

Deven Sideroff, 17, sits at 134th of North American skaters. The 5’11”, 171 lb forward put up 17 goals and 25 assists in 64 games this season. The Summerland native was named one of the Blazers top rookies this year.

Michael Fora, 19, was passed over in the 2014 draft but is ranked 205th this year. The 6’3”, 210 lb defenseman had 32 points in 60 games this season.

With a 21-21-2-3 record and a 2.96 goals against average Connor Ingram is ranked 19th among North American goalies. As one of the Blazers' top rookies and the scholastic player of the year also put up a .904 save percentage this season.

The Blazers missed the playoffs again this year but with a 28-37-4-3 record, had double the number of wins the team had in the previous season.

The 2015 NHL Draft will take place June 26 to 27 in Florida.
