Take in art in the park this summer

WEST KELOWNA - View local art works, meet local artists and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings at Quails’ Gate Estate Winery and Rotary Park during West Kelowna’s two Art in the Park events this summer.

The first Art in the Park takes place Saturday, August 10, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Harvest Terrace at Quails’ Gate at 3303 Boucherie Road.

The second event will be held Saturday, August 17, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the lakeside Rotary Park at Boucherie and Carrall Roads. Art in the Park is a perfect pairing, providing visitors and residents the opportunity to take in West Kelowna’s natural vistas and talented artisans in two very popular summertime destinations in West Kelowna.

The 6th annual Art in the Park will showcase the works of many talented artists who call West Kelowna home:

After taking in Art in the Park on August 10, visitors have the opportunity to visit the world class Quails’ Gate Estate Winery. After vising the event on August 17, visitors can take in the lakeside amenities at Rotary Park by perhaps going for a swim, enjoying a picnic or taking a stroll along the recently upgraded Gellatly Bay recreational corridor.
