KELOWNA - Resilient cities are made up of strong neighbourhoods. The City of Kelowna wants to hear from residents about how attached they are to their neighbourhood and what make them a great place in which to live.
A survey is available online at getinvolved.kelowna.ca until it closes Monday, Sept. 1. Copies are available at City Hall or the Active, Living & Culture Office on Glenmore Road and Mountain Avenue, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or drop by over the weekend at Parkinson Recreation Centre.
Results of feedback will help the City’s Active Living & Culture Division develop pilot programs beginning next year that fosters citizen involvement and enriches their sense of connection to their neighbourhood.
Stay informed and visit kelowna.ca and sign up for e-Subscribe under Strong Neighbourhoods.
