Sun, heat, clouds, and maybe some rain in Kamloops this weekend

KAMLOOPS - Expect a hodgepodge of weather this weekend in the Tournament Capital.

A variety of weather is predicted in the forecast this weekend which includes rain, clouds, and cool temperatures.

Until then, plan for summer conditions today and tomorrow.

Today, Sept. 28, is expected to be a hot and sunny day with the temperature likely to reach 29 Celsius, according to Environment Canada. Overnight, the temperature is predicted to fall to around 11 C.

Tomorrow's forecast will bring sunshine to Kamloops, however, cloudiness will increase in the early afternoon. Plan for hot temperatures with a high of 27 C. Tomorrow night is expected to be cloudy with a low of 9 C.

There is a possibility of rain on Saturday. Plan for cloudy skies with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a high of 16 C. Clouds are expected to remain into the night along with the chance of showers.

A mix of sun and cloud is expected on Sunday with a high of 14 C. At night, the weather office predicts cloudy periods.

Normal temperatures for this time of year are highs of 18 C and lows of 6 C.
