Penticton's famous Okanagan Lake waterfront gets caged and made over this month.
Walkers, joggers and random visitors have had to go around or find new places to park their cars and their tired bodies. Further down the road many old trees were removed due to fears of root damage and windfall. There is also work being done in the water as well.
This morning several pedestrians stopped to watch the construction work.
