Penticton Young Stars Classic tickets on sale next week

PENTICTON - Single game tickets for the 2016 Young Stars Classic will be released for sale next week.

The City of Penticton announced today, July 27, ticket sales will be expanded with single game, double header tickets and ticket packages going on sale at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 3. Tournament passes went on sale back on July 8.

The Young Stars Classic takes place Friday, Sept. 16 to Monday, Sept. 19 at the South Okanagan Events Centre.

Single game tickets are $15 and double header tickets are $25. Double header packages are $110 and include two tickets per game for Friday, Sept. 16, or Monday, Sept. 19 double header games. The package also includes two Young Stars Classic baseball caps and a $20 food and beverage voucher. VIP tickets packages are also available for $90.

Prospects from the Edmonton Olilers, Calgary Flames, Winnipeg Jets and Vancouver Canucks playing in the round robin tournament are expected to include Olli Juolevi, Jordan Subban and Troy Stecher of the Vancouver Canucks, Kyle Connor and Brendan Lemieux of the Winnipeg Jets, Tyler Parsons and Matthew Tkachuk of the Calgary Flames and Jesse Pujujarvi and Tyler Benson of the Edmonton Oilers.

Tickets are available on line at ValleyFirstTix.com, by phone at 1-877-763-2849, or in person at the South Okanagan Event Centre box office.
