PENTICTON – Police in Penticton are hoping someone has information which will help with the investigation into a tire theft from a local car dealership on the Labour Day long weekend.
RCMP say they were called to the Kia dealership on Duncan Avenue on Thursday morning, Sept. 10, about a reported theft.
Turns out some time over the long weekend, two storage containers at the back of the building were broken into and a large number of the customer snow tires and wheels were stolen, according to a media release.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Penticton RCMP at 250-492-4300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
