Park and parking closures for Keloha Music and Arts Festival

Waterfront Park will be open to ticket holders only starting at noon on Friday, July 11, until 2 p.m. Monday, July 14, to accommodate the 2014 Keloha Music and Arts Festival.

Preparations for the event start on Thursday, July 10.  Public access to the park will be restricted, however the lakefront promenade will remain open.

During the festival, Friday to Sunday, July 11 – 13, the lakefront promenade will be open to the public until 10 a.m. each morning.

The Dolphins Parking lot at Waterfront Park will be closed Thursday, July 10 at 6 a.m. until Monday, July 14 at noon and on-street parking will be restricted Thursday through Monday along Water Street from Sunset Drive to the Waterfront Park crosswalk.

Public parking will still be available at the Library Plaza Parkade located at 1360 Ellis St. and Chapman Parkade at 345 Lawrence Ave.

Festival-goers are encouraged to go green by taking transit, walking or cycling to the event. Bike racks will be located at the front of Waterfront park boundary adjacent to the Casino.

Normal traffic routes and regular transit service will be unchanged during the event.
