Pandosy Waterfront Charrette Participant Lottery

The City worked with the KLO Central Neighbourhood Association to identify stakeholder groups to ensure a broad range of volunteer participants in the charrette process. Invitations have been sent to the following groups:
- Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission (1 seat)
- Central Okanagan Naturalists Club (1 seat confirmed)
- Coalition of Kelowna Community Associations (2 seats)
- KLO Central Neighbourhood Association (3 seats)
- Kelowna South Central Association of Neighbourhoods (1 seat)
- Kelowna Paddle Centre (3 seats)
- Kelowna Chamber of Commerce (1 seat)
- Major landowners (2 seats)
- Okanagan College (1 seat)
- Okanagan College Student Union (1 seat)
- Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (1 seat)
- Okanagan Mission Residents Association (1 seat)
- Pandosy Village Business Association (2 seats)
- Tourism Kelowna (1 seat)
- University of British Columbia Student Union (1 seat)
- Urban Development Institute (3 seats)
Total of 25 seats
A lottery draw will be used to select an additional four seats for neighbourhood residents and four for residents at large (Kelowna residents outside the Pandosy neighbourhood).
This will result in a total of up to 33 charrette participants. More than half of the charrette participants will be residents or representatives of resident associations.
